LegalServer Expands to Disability Rights Management
Special tools developed for Statewide Protection and Advocacy (P&A) agencies.
LegalServer is the go-to case management solution for civil legal aid firms and public defenders. Recently, its roster of clients expanded to include Statewide Protection and Advocacy (P&A) agencies as well - with specialized tools to better serve those in need.
Disability Rights Florida (DRF) helps the state’s disabled through a combination of “collaboration, education, advocacy, as well as legal and legislative strategies.” DRF administrators worked with LegalServer developers to tailor the software for P&A agencies, including:
- A streamlined Intake with the ability to configure funder-specific forms and fields,
- Funder-focused and agency-specific administrative Reports, and
- Enhancements to LegalServer’s Outreaches module to facilitate special Projects.
