How Mississippi Inspired a New Collaborate Feature

When the Children's Advocacy Centers of Mississippi signed on to become our latest Collaborate for Networks client, they had some interesting requirements.


Chiefly, CACM needed to easily add several Client Services to a batch process all at once. To satisfy this demand, a brand new feature called Quick Batch Simple Services was born.
