Software Sales Executive

Intro and Summary
We’re expanding to include a dedicated sales executive. You’ll work directly with leadership and product teams to sell Network Ninja’s enterprise solutions.
Network Ninja’s 3 enterprise products support 1M+ users across 500+ clients. Our solutions handle workflow management, case management, and field marketing programs for organizations that require security and compliance.
We need someone who understands B2B software sales and can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals in regulated industries.

Responsibilities, Requirements, and Job Concepts
You must have enterprise software sales experience. Required:
- Complex sales cycles (6-12 months)
- Deals from $50K to $1M+
- Selling to IT, compliance, and C-suite
- Track record you can discuss with specifics
- HubSpot or similar CRM proficiency
- Comfortable presenting on camera via Google Meet
The skills you have that we need for sure:
- SaaS metrics and land-and-expand strategies
- Selling into organizations with data privacy requirements
- Comfort with workflow automation and API discussions
- Experience with both commercial and nonprofit sectors
- Polished virtual presentation skills for demos and meetings

Heavy emphasis on security and using the best technology available without undermining our security, while maintaining a level of user-friendliness, is the objective.
Network Ninja develops software that requires compliance with laws like HIPAA and CCPA, in addition to our internal policies and procedures, many of which are built around SOC 2 Type 2 requirements.
We are HIPAA compliant, and undergo SOC 2 Type 2 audits annually.
General details
The position is remote, and open to U.S. citizens living and working in the United States. It is a full-time position with $75k base salary and the following commission structure:
- New logos: 12%
- Expansion/upsells: 8%
$75k base, first-year OTE of $150k based on $750k in total sales. No cap on commissions. We provide hardware and software as needed.
Your job will be to get us to new logo demos, for first 6 months - someone else will demo, and you will attend or you will watch recording. You will work a thoroughly researched pipeline, maintained by others.
