From two weeks to thirty minutes: how MainEvent changed in 2025
Four customers on the improvements that mattered most, from AI-powered reporting to duplicate detection to automated alerts.
When you’re processing 3,000 to 6,000 events every two weeks, the small stuff compounds fast. A duplicate venue here, a bad address there, an extra click to approve a claim. None of it seems like a big deal until you’re doing it thousands of times. MainEvent’s 2025 release wrap-up covers what changed across four customer operations: TEAM Enterprises, Peralta Experiences, 160over90, and Monster Energy.

The standout change was mAInevent Agents, which lets teams generate reports, pacing analyses, and program rollups using plain language, then combines program data with U.S. Census demographics to recommend where to activate next based on where they’ve already succeeded. Perla Peralta at Peralta Experiences used it to plan a second wave of store activations. The recommended stores performed just as well as the existing top performers. A multi-SKU report that used to take her two weeks now takes 30 minutes.
What shipped behind the AI layer:
- AI-powered duplicate detection for photos and recap data with similarity scoring
- Address validation via Google API to standardize entries and prevent duplicate venues at the source
- Workflow enforcement so claims never get submitted before recaps are complete
- Mass approval and decline for claims, plus a two-tier review system separating field managers from client headquarters
- Automated alerts with email and SMS, replacing the manual text-message reminders that don’t scale past a few staff members
- Saved and shared filters across dashboards so teams running 200 events on St. Patrick’s Day can find what they need
- Automated report delivery via email, FTP, or API for teams feeding external BI stacks
- Auto-tagging of media at the point of capture so photos arrive pre-categorized
Eighteen releases across 12 months, every two weeks, no big-bang updates. That cadence is itself the commitment.
