User Responsibilities

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including AI-specific legislation.
  • Implement robust security and access control measures.

High-Risk Use Cases

The following areas are considered high-risk and require additional safeguards:

  • Legal interpretation or guidance.
  • Healthcare decisions or medical diagnosis.
  • Insurance underwriting or claims processing.
  • Financial decisions or advice.
  • Employment or housing determinations.
  • Academic testing, accreditation, or admissions.
  • Media or professional journalistic content generation.

For high-risk use cases:

  • Implement human review by qualified professionals before disseminating advice or decisions.
  • Disclose to end-users that our AI service is being used to inform decisions or recommendations.

Enforcement

  • We reserve the right to investigate and enforce violations of this policy.
  • Violations may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of service access.
  • Users should report any outputs that are inaccurate, biased, or harmful.
