A Major Software Upgrade for the Exchange Club Family Center
This social services agency is set to undergo a complete workflow transformation.
Located in Memphis, Tennessee, the Exchange Club Family Center has provided counseling, group therapy, and educational programs to its community for the past 35 years. In 2017, the organization provided help to more than 3,000 children and adults via over 13,000 services.
This non-profit has done great work to help break the cycle of anger and violence, but after outgrowing its homegrown database, The Family Center needed a more robust software solution to manage its Clients, Cases, Services, Programs, and Classes. Collaborate proved to be the ideal fit, providing much-needed improvements in data integrity, security, automation, reporting, and usability.
