LegalServer to Power Public Defense Throughout Idaho

In 2022, Idaho legislation transformed the state’s model of public defense away from a county-led model into a state-led system. Governor Brad Little subsequently appointed Eric D. Fredericksen as State Public Defender (SPD), who expeditiously sought a statewide case management suite to handle thousands of cases annually for indigent defendants and juveniles.

After an exhaustive search, Fredericksen and his team chose LegalServer.
